Return & Exchange Eligibility

Returns or exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery

  • Items are unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Personal care, wellness, or consumable items

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or exchange where applicable.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  2. Our support team will review your request and provide instructions

  3. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
